AI systems. AI-built apps. Real recovery.

Your AI project
deserves a
better ending.

The demo worked. The launch didn't. Or the answers still don't make sense. We help you understand what went wrong—and do the engineering to put it right. Technical AI consulting and recovery from the Conso4s team.

01 / What we rescue

Two different problems.
One place to start.

AI can be the system that fails, or the tool that helped build it. We work on both.

The intelligence isn't working

Rescue your
AI system.

When the output sounds confident but gets things wrong—or an agent can't complete a useful workflow.

  • RAG answers and references don't line up
  • Agents fail across real tasks and integrations
  • Cost, reliability or quality blocks adoption

The build isn't production-ready

Rescue your
AI-built application.

When AI helped you build quickly, but the resulting product has gaps that stop you launching or operating it.

  • Scaffolding masks unfinished backend work
  • Security, data or permissions are unreliable
  • Crashes and broken flows surface near launch

02 / The recovery record

What broken looked like.
What happened next.

Three real stories from the people behind RescueFoundry. Clients are anonymised; the RAG story is work for a sister concern.

01 /

More than half the backend was missing.

Client project · AI-built application

6weeks to launch
02 /

The AI said users could build a Ferrari.

Sister concern · AI/RAG rescue

~1week to resolve
03 /

Eighteen months in. Breaking at go-live.

Client project · SaaS recovery

10weeks to launch

These are individual outcomes, not standard delivery times or promises for another project.

03 / How we work

A recovery plan
you can act on.

Start with the problem and the outcome. Agree the work before taking on the repair.

01 — UNDERSTAND

Get the full picture.

What was meant to happen? What is happening instead? What needs protecting while we investigate?

02 — DIAGNOSE

Find the real blockers.

Scope the technical investigation. Establish causes, dependencies and what is worth retaining.

03 — RECOVER

Do the engineering.

Agree the repair work and acceptance criteria. Address the failures that stand in the way of a working result.

04 — HAND OVER

Leave a usable system.

Check the agreed outcome and give your team the context needed to operate what has changed.

A useful first conversation

Before you commit
to another rebuild.

The free initial assessment helps establish whether there is a sensible recovery path and how to investigate it.

  • Talk through what has gone wrong
  • Discuss the result your business needs
  • Explore the likely recovery options
  • Understand what a deeper investigation would involve

Detailed code review, security testing and implementation are separate, scoped work. No source code is needed for the first conversation.

The questions worth asking

Clarity before
commitment.

Every troubled project has its own history. Here is how we approach the common concerns.

What does the free initial assessment include?

An initial conversation about the project, the symptoms and the outcome you need. We give a high-level view of the recovery options and an appropriate next step. It is not a full code audit, security assessment or guaranteed diagnosis.

Do you rescue AI systems or software built using AI?

Both. We work on AI systems such as RAG, agents and integrations, and on applications assembled using AI coding tools. The failure and the recovery approach can be very different, so we establish which problem you have first.

Will you need to rewrite everything?

A rewrite is a decision to justify, not a starting assumption. We assess what can be retained, what needs repair and where replacement may be necessary. The recommendation depends on the evidence and the result you need.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. Recovery can be carried out alongside your developers or current delivery partner. We agree responsibilities, access and a practical handover as part of the scope.

How long does a rescue take, and what does it cost?

Scope varies with the issues, access, system complexity and release requirements. We quote after understanding the work. The six-week, ten-week and approximately one-week stories on this site describe particular engagements, not a standard package or guarantee.

Do we need to share code before the first conversation?

No. A short description of what has gone wrong is enough to start. Please do not send passwords, production data or source code through the enquiry form. Any necessary access can be agreed during scoping.

The next step can be a small one.
